Look at your current contracts and ask yourself:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Are the deadlines and amounts clear and up to date?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is there a fair exit clause for both parties?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Does the contract include balanced penalties or fines?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Is there a provision for resolving disputes without relying solely on the courts?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Does the document reflect the current reality of your business?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>And of course, these are only the basics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just like this article (or the many ready-made templates you\u2019ll find online\u2014or even those produced by artificial intelligence), these points are generic and superficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/menezesadvs.com\/en\/tag\/business-law\/\">specialist<\/a> goes far beyond a checklist: they identify the specific risks of your business, adapt clauses to your sector, and structure contracts that truly work when you need them most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Business contracts should not be seen as a cost, but as an investment in security and growth.
