• Dispute resolution and arbitration

  Represent investors in judicial disputes or arbitration cases, including both commercial and corporate litigation. Negotiate out-of-court settlements to avoid or resolve disputes, always seeking the most advantageous solution for the client.

• Corporate governance support

  Represent you in shareholders’ or partners’ meetings. Act as a member of the Board of Directors on your behalf.
